miRNA primer design tool Contact
Intragenic miRNA Browser contains the intragenic miRNAs of the most examined species. The browser helps you to find and get more information about intragenic miRNA(s) of the specified species. The search page allows you to search the database using identifier or keyword ie. for miRNAs, genes or gene groups . The classification of the gene groups is based on the Panther Classification System which classifies only the protein-coding genes. Clicking on a miRNA's name you are redirected to the entry page of miRBase. Clicking on a GeneID you are redirected to the appropriate page of Entrez database (NCBI) where you can find additional data.
Select an organism database to find intragenic miRNAs.
You can search or browse for miRNAs by identifier, host gene(s) or gene group(s). The classification of gene groups is based on the Panther Classification System which classifies only the protein-coding genes.
You can search by the exact identifier (e.g. "let-7c" or "mir-361") or by any part of it (e.g. "let" or "124").
Enter identifier:
You can browse the miRNA database of the selected species.
Search by gene name, gene symbol or gene ID (Entrez ID) or by a keyword. Note: you can enter multiple genes, but one row should contain only one gene. Enter gene properties (gene id or gene symbol or gene name):
Browse by choosing one or more groups of molecular function.
